pyaray bhai blood pressure mukhtalif age k logon k lye mukhtalif hota hai.
adults ( age 18-60 years) k lye kuch is terha hai.

ideal ( optimum ) blood pressure is 115/75 units hain mmhg ( millimetre of mercury)
Normal ---> 120/80.
High normal --> 130-139/80-89

stage 1 hypertension ---> 140-159/90-99
stage 2 hypertension ---> 160-179/100-109
stage 3 hypertension ---> more than 180/more than 110.

agar blood pressure high/low mahsoos ho tou sab say behter ye ha k apnay kreebi doctor say check kervayen..hazaron aisi tips hain jo aapko btayi ja sakti hain k kya kerna chahye aisi situation main lekin aisa na ho k aap ka blood pressure 200/130 ho aur aap gher main beth k lassi /thanda paani /lemoon pani/ juice aur fruit kha rahay hon.......umeed hai kuch idea ho gya hoga aapko.
agr aap ye poochna chahtay hain k kya cheezain blood pressure ko high honay say rokti hain agar kaafi saal tak in per bakaidgi say amal kiya jaye tou wo ye hain,
rozana kam as kam 25 minutes tak exercise, ziada hotou acha, ziada fruit,sabzian, gosht thora,( murghi aur fish theek hain) oily khanay khatam, tension kam, khana main salt munasib rakhain aur bohat ziada aur bohat kam salt add kernay ki zroorat nhi hoti, normal salt rakhain bas.

Bld presure agar kam ho to namak or agar ziada ho to dahi kela or or chikandar istemal karen. Norml bld bp 80 120 hota he.
