Help dangerous virus attack in presence of avast IS

Dear Sir,

we are using avast internet security 6 (30 licenses)
this issue is coming in my all 30 systems
in some system we are using malwarebytes with avast IS
but the same problem in all 30 pcs.

avast move useful exes in chest like ms excel, ms word, firefox etc.... and detect "x" exe. in system32. i don't know what is x exe.

Avast IS warn for boot time scan when we click “ok” so after the re start pc goes to boot time scan
after the complete of boot time scan. avast warn again and again boot time scan I completed 4 times boot scan
but result same Avast warn again and again,
if we select “NO” 3 or 4 times when avast warn for boot time scan, so avast shutdown with the message of “avastUI.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience”

when I want to run windows in safe mode,
when I press F8 after restart, some files load in safe mode then
pc restart (mean not go in safe mode)


kindly tell me the suitable action to solve this issue with thanks.

install fresh window...and den install avast antivirus from internet...and den scan full pc..
