How To Apply For Pakistan Cards?

NADRA has issued Pakistan cards to the heads of flood affected family. 110000 cards have been issued till now.

But still there is no online procedure to apply for Pakistan Card.

When Watan Card was launched by NADRA there was website for Watan Card but till now there is no website for Pakistan Card.
