If u wants to creat ur own website u can make ur weppages using ms frontpage, dreameware etc. After compleating your work at your pc now you required it to run world wide. then u required a space from any service provider. there are two types of space provider. 1. Paid Domain. it provides many features and big storage space as you required and also provide a nice URL like. ".com, .Biz, .org, .com.pk" soo son as u wish. But 2. Free service provider thy provide space to u to make ur web page after some time they publish advertisement on ur webpage automatilcally.
