This jailbreak has been released in the form of redsn0w 0.9.9b10b1 for Windows and Mac operating systems.

If you’ve already jailbroken your device using redsn0w 0.9.9b9 or any latest version of redsn0w all you have to do is re run redsn0w 0.9.9b10b1 and deselect Cydia. If you’re on iOS 5.0 and want an untethered jailbreak, you need to update your device to iOS 5.0.1 first.
