salam since 4 days my dsl net is going to oof contiusly after 10 to 15 minutes ,,i visited so many times exchange they told a fault has occured in ur number that will be fixed by islambad technical team,,i am complaining 1218 since 4 days but they still not resolve my net dc problem ,,what to do 1218 representaives only excusing that ur complain 14 will be resolved soon.no any [progress yet facing same problem.plz help how to contact ptcl dsl higher authorities to fix my problem?any solid suggession

Go exchange with DSL modem & tell him that modem is not working properly...plz exchange it....okz

no dear exchange wale kah rahe hein k exchange me ap k number k dsl connection k sath ek fault hogya hai islambad dsl team he resolve ker sakti hai hum ne un ko mail kya .4din se problm hal nai horaha

dost phir daily 1218 pe call kartey rahey kisi na kisi din tu theek kar hi dain gey...
ap ki windows main tu koi problem nahi hai na...?

replying late becoz net was dc and now connect again dear meri win me koi prblm nai 1218 sayng k prblm is in ur exchange with ur number and will be resolved from ur exchange and exchange saying big fault higher technical persons team will come to resolve ur prblm

or telephone ka wire black wala jo hard hota hai us ko cheel saktey hain....?

or telephone ki wire cut kar key again cheel lagaien...okz
