What is the difference among (volt, current, hertz, amphare)

Salam..Brotherz ap easy tarike se muje bata dain k hm (voltage aur current) k darmian kese farq kr skte hain aur hertz and amphare se kia murad hy..
I,m a new mobile technician and really interested in electronics..
Plz help me to get these electrical terms

Current Ki akai Volt ha. Or jitni dar me jitna current sarf hota ha us ki akai Ampere ha. or jitni dar me electric puls ak second me ak cycle makamal karti ha usay Hertz kehtay han.

Voltage current k pressure ko kehty hain like pani ki tanki say jo pani beh raha hai wo Current howa or jis pressure say pani (current) beh raha hai usy Voltage kehty hain.
Voltage jitna ziyada hoga current ki flow karni ki speed bhi ziyada hogi.
Hertz frequency ka unit hai frequency to janty hogay the number of complete cycle per second
Ampere current ka unit hai

1)voltage kam ya ziada ho, to kia problem banegi
2)agr wattage kam ho jaye, to kia hoga,
3) agr hertz yani frequency kam ho to kia problem hogi
as we see when we put load on generators, when generator sometimes goes off or tube lights flashing

My second question
agr hamare pas 1000mah bettery hy to woh 150mah charger kitne time me charge hogi jb ke is se ziada charger kitna (mah) ka ho skta hy aur wo kitne time me charge krega, aur isi tara car betry jo 200ah ki ho to wo konse charger ya ups se jald se jald charge hoti hain q k me abi ups lena chahta hn, aur muje ye info chahye?

Agar voltage kam hoga to current kam hojayega as both are directly proportional
wattage power hota hai power kaam hogyi to heavy load nahi chalyga
frequency sirf ac voltage mein matter karti hai frequency ko abhi choro ye itni important nahi hai just concentrate on power Voltage Current and resistance
