Sorry my mistake. You need to start one macro with
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
and second one with
Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)

Which is not great method Mere khyal m ab aap ko VBA sekh he lene chaheye.

Brother m to abhe tak khod he sekh raha hon. VBA sekhne k leye aap ko institute m admission lena ho ga. Ya kam mere bas ka nahee ha.

Aap sheet ko protect kr lain. Ya password protect kar lain. jis k pass password nahee ho ga file us k leye read as open ho gi aur koi changes nahee kar sake ga.
Ya macro ka option ko enable krne k leye aap ko sheet/file ki security setting change krne ho gi. jis ka method page 34 par post# 398 m deya gaya ha.

agar m drust samjha hon tu aap ya chahte hain k cell m jo text aap enter krte hain un m sa khas hisa e.g. as per your example cut kar k kisi bhe cell m ajae?
Lekan bat tu wohi ha k excel ko kase pata chale k aap konsa hisa cut kr k is cell m lana chahte hain? aik method tu m n jo above attachment m dya ha us ko mazeed study kar k enhance kar lain.
dosra ya ho sakta ha k aap under line kar lain jo portion aap ko cut/copy krna ha. aur phy macro design ki jae.
agar aap ki entries m yahe makhsoos alfaz repeat hote hain tu formula approach is good.
