Question Physics 21.3 Mass Defect and Binding Energy

I'm a bit confused I calculated the Mass Defect of He and I got 0.02907u and 4.82562X10 raise to power -29 kg
While on book These are 0.03034u and 5.03X10 raise to power -29 kg
Somebody help me and please calculate it here step by step if possible.
    Thank You.

Dear Hafiz Khayam I did this and found that your answer is seem to be correct. The mass defect is the difference of the calculated masses of the constituents of the nucleus and the experimental mass (of the combined) nucleus.

Nice sharing, total mass of nucleous must equal to sum of mass of proton and neutron, but it is not equal,i.e mass defect
