Bai jan apna problome detail say btaya karain ,jub ap app install karty ho to kiya error ata hai ,aur video ap khan say play karty hain ya download karty hain jo error daiti hain ,aur app khan say install karty hain kaisy ?kiya pehly ho rhi the ?ap detail btain phir ap ke behtar rehnai ke jae ge

check if there is any restrictions,...
Go to Settings > General > Restrictions .. you must know the password if restrictions is alreasdy active......enter the password and and make sure there is nothing off
