Main ne aksar dekha he ke jin logon ne ptcl dsl lagaya hua he wo bolte hain ke speed achi nhi he ya bar bar disconnect hota he ya or problems hoti hain to un ke liye main thori si information share krna chahta hun sab se pehli bat agr ap ka internet connection 1 MBps he to wo 1 megabyte/per second nhi balke 1 megabits/per second hota he ab neche speed ki conversion dekhein:-
Agr ap connection 1 MBps he to ye 1 megabits/per second he or 1 byte 8 bits ke barabar hota he to 1 megabyte main 1024 byte hote hain or aik byte main 8 bits to ap ki downloading speed ka formula ye hoga:-
1 Megabyte = 1024 bytes
1 byte = 8 bits
1 mbps ke connection ki speed es tarah define kr skte hain:-
1024/8
Umeed hai ke ap ye sab samajh gaye hon ge or ab itminan se ptcl ka dsl use krein ge phr bhi agr kuch samajh nhi aye tou main ap ki help krun ga

Ap baki pakage ki downloading speed ki ye average hongi(Es main ap ki line ke hisab se 5 to 10% kam ziada hoskti he):-
1 MBps = 128 kbps
2 MBps = 256 kbps
4 MBps = 512 kbps
6 MBps = 768 kbps
8 MBps = 1024 kbps
10 MBps = 1280 kbps

Ap agr apki speed es table ke hisab se to ye problems ho skti hain:-
1.Ap ki line main noise he
2.Ap ki wire ki condition sahi nhi he
3.Ap ke area main jo dp he wo buhut door he
4.Ap ka dp es speed se ziada support nhi krta
5.Ap ke modem main problems hain
6.Ap ka modem properly configure nhi he
7.Ap ke adsl splitter se pehle koi device matlab phone ya fax machine etc lagi hui he
8.Ap ka lan card properly configure nhi he

Agr apki problems 1218 par solve nhi ho rhi hain to es page par jo emails hain un par apni complain send krein ap ki phone line par call back ke bad jald hi ap ki problem solve krdi jaye gi
