Partition table or MBR problem

Meri Hard Disk western Digital (500GB) model WD5000AAKS ek arsy se bilkul theek chal rahi thi, kuch din pehly mein ny Windows 8 install karni thi, mery pas pehly PC mein Windows 7 (64bit), Kubuntu (64bit) aur Windows XP (32bit) installed he.

When i planned to install windows 8, first of all i wished to increase the capacity of C drive on 500 GB hard disk, so i launched Disk manager and shrink some other drive, meanwhile blue screen appeared and the system restarted, after restart, I have another 20 GB hard disk PATA also installed it is visible normally, on 500 GB some of my partitions were not visible, only 4 partitons are visible in WINDOWS 7, rest are not displayed, then I restart my computer and launched KUBUNTU here all the drives were okay and running well.
then I restart the PC and launched Windows XP now here again all the drives are visible and accessible as well, I can copy and past 'to' and 'from'.
Then I thought that the windows 7 has some problem, so I reinstalled the windows 7 (64bit), but nothing happend, then I installed windows 7 (32bit) but not successful. even I installed fresh windows 8 after deletion and formation of C drive, but no success.
I think the partition table is damaged, or Hard Disk MBR is corrupted. but how to restore it without damaging the data on the disk. because it is very important for me.

the other method is to copy all the data to some other hard disk and the delet all the partitions and creat new partitions from the scratch?

please help me.

Thanks for reply, but my partitions are not lost, it is there, and also visible in other operating systems, even when I would install it in slave with other hard disk it would work. but the problem is with windows 7 and windows 8 only. some of partitions are not visible.

partition magic use karo ....windows xp and windows 7 k lye us ki properties may ja kar compatibility with win200 ya xp karo gy to chlay ga

Partition magic downloaded but it doesn't run in windows 8 or 7 64bit, anyone has the link? please share.

^^ Actually I have XP in other disk, I can access my data, no problem, but I want to learn from you guys. and also want a permanent solution to my problem. I also have KUBUNTU, currently I am posting this message from KUBUNTU and I can access all my data, but I wanna use the Windows 8 or 7, there my partitions are not displayed, only 3 are visible.

A simple question from my side, "How to edit/modify partition table"
