    Default How to add additional budget wihout total in blank cell?

    As-salam-o-Alaikum!
    All IT Dunya Members!

    Main Jail Department kay Budget Section main as a Computer Operator kaam kar raha hoon. Mujhe excel main budget kay andraj kay doran kuch mushkilat ka samna hai. Jaisa kay hum har saal july main apni tamam mutalqa jailon ko budget taqseem kartay hain jis ka andraj hum “Budge 2011-12” main kartay hain or baad main agar koi jail mazeed budget mangay to ous ka andraj hum “Additional Budget” kay column main kartay hain.

    Baaz oqaat aisa hota hai ke kaye jailain aik Object main 2 say 3 mah kay waqfay say 3 say 4 martba budget mangti hain.

    Pehli martba budget mangnay par ous ka andraj “Additional Budget” kay column main kiya jata hai or dusri martba budget mangnay par pehlay say diye gaye budget main izafi budget ko jama kar ke “Additional Budget” kay column main likha jata hai jis ke liye hum aik khali cell main pehlay wala budget likh kar naya budget neechay likh kar jama kar kay ous ka jawab “Additional Budget” kay column main paste kar daitay hain. Main yeh chahta hoon kay mujhe pehlay se diye gaye budget ko khali cell main likhne ki bijaye ousi cell main jama karne ki option zahir ho jaye or sath main comments dene ki option bhi aa jaye ke yeh budget kis letter or kis tareekh ko diya gaya hai. Samjhane ke liye excel ki aik file attach kar raha hoon.

    ak aur asan sa hal ya ha k aap paste special ka use karain. suppose aap ko officer pay m additional kuch add karna ha tu amount lekh kar copy kar lain aur additional budget k officer wale cell m jain paste special select karain aur paste special m add select kar k ok kar dain. aap ki new amount purani m automatic add ho jae gi.

    Wa Alaikum AsSalam,

    Sab se pehlay, main personally feel krta hun ke ap ne bohat acha apni problem ko explain kya.

    Main ne ap ki excel sheet main kuch changes ki hain. Us main aik aik aur Sheet add ki hai Additional Budget ke name se. Ab ap ne har object ke additional budget waheen insert krna hai. Us ka tareeqa yeh hai ke ap Additional Budget sheet main object ka code dalain gay to automatically us object ka name next column main display ho jaye ga becoz main ne vlookup ka function use kia hua hai, agay ap amount dalay letter no. e.t.c jo ap ne insert krna hai wo krain. Original sheet main SUMIF ka formula main ne use kya hai jo hr OBJECT ka additional budget kud se calculate kray ga Additional Budget sheet se.

    Excel sheet main ne attach kr di hai ap is ko check krain.


    Mazeed filteration apply ki hui hai main ne Additional Budget sheet main ap ksi aik particular object ke budget bhi dekh saktay hain baki objects automatic hide ho jain gay aur filteration se sheet ki working pr koe asar nahe prta.

    Bhai Additional Budget ki amount per click karo gay tu samajh main aa jay ge scheme.... agar pasand aaya tu aisa he bana lena... yeh ap same sheet main bhi working ker sakte ho...
