Admission in uni help?

Agar ap Government Universities me admission lenge..
To agar ap merit pe aagae to apki fees pr Semester ( For example) 11000 hogi..
Jab k agar ap merit pr na ae to fees 65000 tk hoti hai..
Eisa sirf Govt Unis me hota hai...
Jab k Private ye Semi govt jese Comsats Nust, Fast etc me tamam students to 65000 fees hi deni parrti hai wahan merit ka hisab nahin hota...
En unis me Uni test or ap k F.Sc marks to total kr k merit bnaya jata hai to jo top 3 students hongay Uni test or F.Sc marks k unko free admission dia jata hai...
Or Ye unis Need based scholarhips bhi frahm krti hain...

to bgai es sal ek news paper pe me ny comsats ka eshtehar dekha jes pe ye alfaz lekhy hoy thy "if your marks in matric or intermediat are 70% or above and you are belong to poor family you can apply at merrit etc.open comsats.edu.pk and click endowment fund scholorship." to es ka kia matlab hoga.
Mujhe to es ka saf matlab yehee nazar aata hy k agar aap ghreeb family sy belong krty ho aur aap k marks fsc ya matric men sy 70% ya es sy ziada hen to aap edary k endowment fund k teht free men parh sakty ho.
Kia es ka matlab yehee hoga k mukamal free men parh sakty hen?

In pr bhi apply kia jasakta hai...
