My hotmail account has been blocked

Dear Expert ,


My hotmail account has been blocked and I cannot access the code to unblock it since the back-up email I used in account I no longer have access to. Also, there is no list of my cell to send code to - PLEASE Help! I do not want to loose this email I have had for years and use for so much.

the same problem here! but i got the solution for it! did you remember your alternate email address which is used to reset your password? if you know the email address try to login from that email and if you get something similar to this error, YOUR HOTMAIL ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED or anything you must try to re-create the same email address from the hotmail website. after successful creation login with that email and come back to the page which is asking you to enter the activation code. now select Alternate email method and click send. check your email inbox which you created recently. you should have an email from hotmail along with activation code. it was the method which i used to recover my lost email. i am not 100% sure that it will work for you but you should try this once.

As far as I know you have not logged for continuously 9 months or more.
That's why your account is blocked.
If this is the case, you should make new one because this ID cannot be recovered anyhow...
