installation error

sab ko mera masla yeh hai ke jab main antivirus install kerne lagta hoon to error aata hai another instalation is continue close it before install this jab ke main ne sab programs close kerdiye hain plz reply me

Select Start > Run, type regedit and click OK to start the Registry Editor.
Locate and delete the following subkey in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Installer\InProgress
Close all windows and restart the computer.
Start the installation process again.
