First off, what’s HTCAniPPH? The HTCAniPPH is an optionally animated HTC style clock with your local forecast… On your springboard. It’s a pretty widget, also a very nice mod for the iPhone.

Step 1. Download PerPage via cydia from the modmyi repo and install.
Once installed open app, there’s also two other widgets in this pack but HTCAniPPH is the best, choose which page to be placed (page 1?) and then exit the app.

Step 2. After the respring, it will be sitting on your springboard (if you’ve got apps all over it download iBlank, an invisible app maker, via cydia) and it will say Calgary on the left, and possibly 2C on the right along with the weeks forecast below.

Step 3. Open iFile and access the folder /var/mobile/Library/PerPageHTML/HTCAniPPH once there open the file configure.js.

Step 4. Change the weather code to your local weather code (weather.com and it’s the last set of digits on the address bar). That changes the part that said “Calgary” to wherever you live.

Step 5. Where it says “var isCelsius = true //true or false” change the “= true” to “= false” and it will display Fahrenheit.

Step 6. If you want the animation part of the app… edit the last part of coding to say “
var showWeatherAni = true” and you’re done. ENJOY your beautiful new widget.
