Need Urgent help about Galaxy S (Android)

mere pas galaxy s1 hai jis me bluetooth masla kar rha hai, bluetooth on karo to ye error ata hai

aur us ka bad force close ka option aa jata hai, aur mene factory data reset b kar k dekh liya hai lekin problem same hai. any one plz help.
