woh template hai, koi thori si mehnat karke bhi woh site bana sakta hai agar basic knowledge ho to, aam tor par hosters aap se 2,000 to 5,000 tak lete hen in chote mote kaamon ke.

Best thing is to Get CMS Website. Joomla is much better than Flash animated websites. Flash Websites pr Content read krna na mumkin hota he search engines k liye. Aap ki Ranking pr bohot farq pary ga.
