USB Device not Recognized

Dosto meri problem ye hy k mostly jb bhe me printer ya koi USB device apnay laptop se connect krta hun to ye msg ajata hy k USB device Not Recognized ya Device can perform faster. Details k liay pic attach hy, plz ais ka solution bta den? Laptop new hy, USB 2.0 aur USB 3.0 dono ports me yho msla ata hy, cable zra hil jae to device disconnct ho jati hy.

kia yeh masla usb extnsion use kerny se ata hay ya direct lagany se?

Printer , koi bhe usb device ya simple usb(data trevlr) dirct lga do tb bhe mostly yhi msla ata hy. I mean k cable(extention) se lgao ya direct, mostly yhi error ata hy.
