Check this and then reply

1) Continuous pinging by ping ip address -t
2) Check the network cable with Cable Tester.
3) Clean and reseat Network Card (if external).
4) Disable IP Ver6 from properties on that PC
5) Disable Wi-fi on that PC
6) Scan that PC for viruses.
7) Change port from Network Switch.
8) Check cable type.
