1) Usually yeh aap ko Network Monitoring tool ya phir Antivirus with Firewall mein koi settings mil jaye e.g Bitdefender Internet Security have this feature, Kaspersky and Eset mein bhi Network Monitoring option hei.

2) Configure Firewall Settings e.g Block Port Scans, enable Stealth Mode and set Network Type. Aur agar aap sharing nahi kerna chahte hein tu phir Network Adapter (Wireless ya LAN) ki properties mein ja k "File and Printer sharing service for Microsoft Networks" ko uncheck ker dein. Also disable Remote Connections.
