ye le bhai is se aap apna kaam kar sakte he http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/windows
    instruction
Load your song up into your audio editing software. Open the “File” option in the top left hand corner of the screen and choose “Open.” This will open a dialogue box which allows you to search for the desired file on your computer. Find the song you wish to remove the instrumentals from, highlight it, and click on “Open.” The song will load onto your program and be displayed as a wave form, which shows the peaks and valleys of the track’s volume.
Find the instrumental you wish to remove. Listen to the track by pressing “Play” on your audio-editing software. Make a note of the times that represent the beginning and end of the song’s instrumentals. Listen to the sections just before and just after the instrumental as well. If the instrumental splits up the chorus and the next verse of the song, or a final chorus, think about how the two sections will fit together.

    4
Click on the section of the track just before the instrumental. Ordinarily you can jump to any part of a track by clicking the relevant place on the waveform and pressing “Play.” Listen to the chord changes leading up to the instrumental. Click to the end of the instrumental and listen to the chords that lead you into the next section. Determine which specific parts will go well together.

    5
Highlight the instrumental section. Left-click and drag the cursor across the waveform to highlight it. Right-click and choose “Cut” or “Delete” from the menu that appears. The instrumental will be deleted. Listen to the section again to determine if it matches up suitably. Delete small sections to correct any errors in timing.

    6
Add a linking section from another part of the song if your two parts do not go together. Find another part of the song that links the chorus and next verse, for example, and highlight it. Press “Copy” and then navigate to the section you cut. “Paste” the section into the place previously occupied by the instrumental and make small deletions to keep the beat on time.
