How Data Sort/Extract in Excel

Excel me ek general ledger jis me multiple entries hain un entries ko sort ya extract kr k alag alag ledger bana bana. koi plz help kry k Excel (93, 2007 ya 2010) me kis formula k zariye automatic sort/extract/filter krasakta hoo. Ek sample file attached hy usme koi mujhy kr k btade to bari meharbani hogi

Bhai ye to bilkul simple hai
Data > Filter > Auto Filter
is k bad Description k column me ja k sort Ascending kar den aap ka data sort ho jae ga Name wise, agar Date wise sort karna ho to Date k column me yahi amal dohraen.
jab aap ka data sort ho jae to phir chahen to us data ko alag se kisi or file per copy/paste kar len aap ka data alag alag b ho jae ga.

Is k leye ITD per yaqeenan koi expert mil jae ga.
