Router -> Server -> now one wire from server's LAN card to a hub A or any u want....then one wire from A to B to interlink them and then again one wire from B to C. Now any PC connected to any of these switches can be accessed easily. Now a question arises how many clients be connected? By this you have only 17 clients connected at this point. HOW? Like this that you have 7 ports left in A and 7 Ports in B this makes 7+7=14 and 3 ports from C so 7+7+3=17 so rather using 4 ports C you must change it to 8 ports by which you can connect all of these PC at once....now the wiring work is completed.....
for server i recommend you use Linux proxy server....it can handle all this for server you will have these requirement:
P4 3.0 GHz
1.0 GB Ram
40 GB hard drive or 80 gb or 250 gb
40 is minimum as it has to create cache so the users get excellent browsing speed.
