Help me Out from this PROBLEM

Jee meray paas ek form hai jiss ko mujhay SCAN karwana hai aur phir uss ko fill karna hai ab jab b may uss form ko scan karwata hoon tu woh kissi aur format may scan ho jata hai mujhay uss form ko EXCEL k format may scan karwana hai taa k may uss form ko scan karnay k baad fill kar sakoon tu woh kiss tarah say ho gaaa ?????

jab ap scan ka batan press ker tay hai to ........... scanner ka software ka window ap ko option data hai kay kis format mai wo file ap ko chaye.........to udhar ap ko us box mai check kerna hota hai(us box ko scroll down karan gay to us may excel ka bhi option hota hai .ap us option ko selct ker kay,aur pher scan ko ok ker day.
