Micro soft office ki file ko password

I needMicro soft office excel ki file ko password laghna ka tarekha ager kis ko pata ha to please share kra.

ahmads bahi, jis file ko password laghana ho us ko open kerhain, then go to Tools Menu phir Options per clik kerhain phir security per clik kerhain then yehan per password ke do options ho gi.......
1. Password to Open...........
2. Password to Modify.........

in main se jo be laghana chatey ho......... ap laga loo phir appni file save ker ke band ker doo then open urs same file....... ab app ko password dena perhey ga then open r modify............
agar aur koi masla ha tu zorror batana.......... ye main nain MS Office ki files per password laghan ka bataya hai...
