    Ek bat or add krna chahongi k hifz krne k lye apne quwate fesla ko mazboot bnana zrori hai..
    Yani ek dafa aap ne shro kr lya to chahe kch hojaye picke nhi hatna.. Qk jab hm koi b naik kam krne ka sochte hai to shetan hr pal behkata hai or or is kaam me tasalsul barqrar rkhna bht zrori hai..
