laptop wont boot up can only go to startup repair

I have a pavillion dv6- laptop that's stopped being able to boot up windows. It only goes to the screen with the option of starting windows normally (which brings me back to the same screen) or going to startup repair. When I go to repair it says
Got some important data in c drive can't install new windows all data will wipe up what to do now please help.

Aap system boot kerte waqt F8 press kerein aur phir system reapir wali option mein jayein, phir in ko one by one try kerein

1) Command prompt wali option mein ja k C drive ka chkdsk run kerein
2) type sfc /scannow likh k enter kerein
3) System restore ker k dekhein
4) Last pe Start up repair kerein isis option se.
