Shrint to Fit Problem In Excel?

brother meray pass excel mein takreeban 200 pages per data hai.....ab oss mein kai jaga kisi cells mein 20 lines likhi hoi hain......problem ye pesh a rahi hai ky un mein sy aksar cells mein sy kuch to text show hota hai but hide ho jata hai.....aik aik cell mein enter hona urr phr bari bari sab ko kholna bohat mushkil hai ky data easily fit ho jay jo likha hai wo sab show ho......i think iss k liay shrink to fit ki command use hoti hai but meray pass wo active nahi hai....mean ye un active ku hai orrr isss ko active kiss terhan sy ker saktay hain......

and cell mein likha hua data pura pura show ho jay koi simple command hai to please wo bhi share ker dain.........i am in tension due to 200 pages...

ye bhi mein use ker chuka hon but jab auto fit row kertay hain to page margin sy bahir chala jata hai.......lakin jab auto fit column kertay hain to phr text hidden rehta hai.......mein chahta hon ky sab text jo bhi cell mein likha ho show ho.....ur shrink to fit ki command bhi active kerni hai......

Ap k screenshot main show ho raha hai k text ki Horizontal Alignment "Justify" select ki hui hai... is ki waja se Shrink to Fit Disabled aa raha hai... ap Horizontal wali field main General select kar lain... Shrink to Fit enable ho jaiy ga.
