Outlook PST FILE (URGENT)

I have configured my email in Outlook (Windows xp). but now i have installed Windows 8 in my system & before installation of Win 8 i have just forgot to take a backup of PST file which was located in C Drive. Its mean drive has formated & installed new windows 8 & now i need that PST file which was formated. the size of PST file is around 2 GB & that was very important for me.

Kindly suggest / send me some Authentic Recovery software (Reg) for Recovery of PST file.
I have Installed some Recovery Software but i m unable to do this.
