Video Editing for Video Production or TV

Is there anybody who has the idea of computer based non-linear Video editing for Television or Video productions? I mean where to learn video editing especially in Islamabad or in Lahore.
I know very much about video editing, and can use Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing but it's just simple and for personal use. I want a College or a production team that have the facility where i can learn Video editing for TV or Video production as a professional. idea where to learn Adobe Premiere Pro and especially Apple Final Cut pro/Studio? I want to join Video editing as my profession, but after all of my attempts can't find but only the same colleges that use to teach basic ideas for personal use.
I will be really thankful to anyone who know about it.
