Software Installation Problem

Dear Experts,
Please help me as I can't install any software.
Me jab bhi download k baad ya USB me laya hua koi software install kerta hoon to wo 99% k baad stop ho jata hey aur finish nahi hota.......Merey pas Windows XP hey.
Merey system me Antivirus nahi hey........Merey pas Avast aur AVG 2013 hain magar Jab bhi Avast ya AVG install kerta hoon to wo complete nahi hotey aur 99% per stop ho jatey hain.

Please experts help me. What is the problem ???

apko aik baar windows install kerni hogi dobara and antivirus ko usb men rakhen and during windows usb sath aatach rkhen
jab windows ho jayen tou kisi bhe drive d e f per double click na kren and my computer per right click ker k explore kren and side se usb icon per aik bar click se open oti jaye gi then antivrus install ker len and scan
