Download Problem

Dear Expert Friends,
Mere computer me ye problem he keh Koi bhi software, jesey k VLC Media Player, Flash Player, Adobe Acrobat, IDM, Etc, Etc. jo bhi download karo to wo 99 % hi download hotey hain then stop ho jatey hain.......

Ye problem system ki D, E, F drives me rakhey huey softwares me bhi hota hey k jab unhain install karo to woi 99% install hotey hain.......

Please friends suggest me... What to do???
Any solution.

Main ne kal hi Windows bhi re install ker k chekc ker li magar same problem hey.
Merey system me koi Antivirus nahi hey kyun k wo bhi 99% install hota hey.

I am waitng for easy solution

آپ اپنے سسٹم کو سی کلینراوروِن ٹولز کی مددسے مکمل کلین کریں یعنی اِنویلڈ رجسٹری/جنک فائلز وغیرہ ختم کریں
then try to install software again.

Window Problem hae, Koi aor window ki CD le kr install Kro ho jaega Insha Allah, Agr Na ho to Hard disk ka data kisi aor chez main Copy kr k Sb drive ko format kro phr nai window Bhro

Me C cleaner kesey download aur install karoon
wo bhi 99% per stop ho jata hey.......

Koi bhi software, na hi download hota hey 100% aur na hi install hota hey

Is there any other solution????
