    Default Excel Help how to remove blank cells in a sheet

    salam itd frnds mujhe ye maloom karna tha k ak sheet par data k darmiyan mein blank cells hy aur wo ak command se khatam kese hoge? pori sheet mein data phela hova hy aur blank cells jaga jaga hy i'm using excel 2007 plz help me it;s urgent

    sawal wazeh nahi hy apka....
    jab new sheet kholte hain to tamam cells hi blank hotay hain, wo to apki programing sy fill hotay hain ....

    Press F5
    Choose---> Special
    then Blank
    Press ok.

    your all empty cells between data will be automatically selected.
    then delete the selected cells

    bhai agar aap screen shot de to pata chale ke aap kon kon se blank cell delete karna chahte he

    Select your data
    Press F5
    This opens “Go to” dialog in Excel. Now hit on that “select” button.
    From “select special” screen, select “Blanks” (shown aside)
    Now, all the blank cells will be selected.
    Just press CTRL and Minus sign (-)
    Select “shift cells up” or “entire row” as needed.

    That is all. Now you have successfully removed blank rows.
