jab Word ko open kren ya close kren to her bar ye option do bar ata he or men Windows 8 orignal use ker raha ho

bhai jab aap ne office install kiya he to is me koi macro ko enable karne ka option aya ho ga aap ne is ko enable kar diya he is wajah se ye problem a rahi he aap office ko uninstall kar ke dubara install kare or jab ye macro ka option aye to is ko disable kar de to phir ye error nahi aye ga

Office 2010 and 2013.. but men ne koshish ki thi macro ko enable kerne ki lekin kuch nahi howa... ap help kren ge ke kese kro???
