Okay just checked again after many days and now the PTCL Portal http://portal.ptcl.net/ is working, all you have to do is enter your Broadband username (mostly your telephone number) and password (mostly PTCL) in the login field and there you go, currently you can view only your profile and usage, i hope there is more to come . You can also change your password, but i am not sure that its only for portal or your broadband password
