To me 2 Answer theek hai,
Ek Rule ke mutabiq agar Decimal ke baad Tamam 0's hen to woh sab ke sab count honge like 5000 men 1 significant figure but 5.000 men 3 Significant Figures hen, but 0.098000 men last wale 8 ke baad jo zeros hen woh Accuracy zahir nahin kar rahe, accuracy only 0.098 tak hi dikhayi de rahi hai is liye 2 Answer theek hai.

may be un se mistake hui ho because in figures men only 4 significant figures hen, albata men yaqinan mistake par tha aor yahoo wala durust hai chunki mazid research bhi yahoo wale answer ko support karti hai, 0.098000 men decimal ke baad First non-zero number se counting shiru karenge phir jahan tak last counting puhunche jese 0.0100 men 3 aor 0.098000 men 5.
