I wanna build-up a database with Email, i don't know how to create it in sql or MySQL.

i want it like i have around 100 suppliers email addresses and some customers information.

if customer comes to me with specific inquiry like any product for example "Apple"

what i want is when i write apple in my database only suppliers of apple comes up with email addresses simply i select them and send them email via outlook.

i have seen this software somewhere it was link up with outlook i don't need email one by one to anyone it will send automatically to all of them.

please help me.
