    Default Adobe Premiere CS4 Problem

    mai ne Adobe Premiere CS4 download kr lia he . install and run hone k baad software bhi bilkul sahi open hai and working correct but masla hai ye jab mai Video Sequence mai Add krta hun and Program Monitor mai Play krta hun to video smooth nahi chalti hang and ruk ruk kr chalti hai mai ne sari settings try krli tamam frames settings check krliye but still same problem if there any video editing expert is available so am begging plz help me in this mater thanks,
