changing android set: how to secure data?

I am selling my Qmobile A-8 and purchasing Qmobile A-500. now the problem is how can I transfer allvpf my data, for example galary items, contacts, messages and installed applications. I obediendly request my seniors to suggest me some way out. I understand I can cope galary items in card but what about hundreds of contacts with their complete detailed such as their photos, email addresses and citra. please some experts of ItDunya are respectfully requested to help me..
