That page gives you the link to download the @BIOS program which helps you update/backup your BIOS.
Use the program to backup your BIOS, then you can either search for an update online through the program or download it from this page – http://www.gigabyte.com.au/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_Model.aspx?ProductID=2673 – and update it manually by selecting the file.
The program is pretty basic to use and the instructions on the first page are quite straight forward.
