Follow these steps
insert your windows 8 dvd in dvd room
install power iso in your system
open power iso and select your dvd drive
click on make bootable iso option and create a bootable iso
after done iso
Plugin your usb drive to your pc
Download the rufus
open rufus and select your Usb Drive select your bootable iso and click start
after complete processes your usb will convert into bootable window 8 drive
