it is a control panel to restart, shutdown, installing os, change hostname etc.
you can connect to vps via ssh

This vps is fully blank if u want to host any website than you need to install some basic software (like php, mysql, dns, etc) or any control panel to host your site easly.

Bhai yeh VPS just Server connect me apko help kry ga... Mean k ap apna Nameserver,,,, Domain Connection.,.... Server ka Status,, Password wagera check kr skty hain or set kr skty hain... Agr apny koi chez icpy install krni hai or upload krni hai to apko Kuch installation krni pary ga.. Jesy k cPanel install krna pary ga.... PHP script install krni pary gi.... MYSLQ,,,,, Security ki chezenn Or b bohat kuch....... Yeh just connection k liay hai jesy apny Computer ki cables to lee lii mgr Computer lena baki hai...
