lot of problem in ptcl BB dsl

i am using PTCL Broadband dsl speed 2 mb

sir problem is disconnect again again

speed very slow if connected

remain on when pc is off

one of my friend told me that change you package in to 1 MB

your line is not sporting 2 MB

so many time i request on 1236 and local office, line man

please help to solve this issue thanks in advance

ye problem men ne bhi face ki thi
mere pass to modem men fault tha jo kafi der aur maloomat k baad confirm hua tha aap kisi friend ka modem kuch der k liye maang len aur confirm karen

i was facing same problem. ask your telephone lineman to change your telephone dppair. i asked mine he changed my telephone dppair and it solved my problem.

brother i had this problem for like 2 yrs i called my lineman several tyms bt he didnt solved my problem atleast he came at my home and jst changed some switches in dppair and it solved my problem
