    Question Cooking in budget "1" (Aloo matar gajar)


    Ajza:Aloo aik kilo,
    gajar aik pao,
    matar aik pao,
    namak hasbe zaiqa,
    pisi mirch 2sp,
    haldi aik chothae sp,
    pisa dhanya aik sp,
    timatar 3 darmiany size k katy hue,
    lehsan adrak pisa aik spoon,
    garam masala pisa aik sp,
    piyaz 3 adad darmiyani saize ki kati hue,
    kali mirch r long chand dany,
    oil aik cup,
    hara dhanya adhi gaddi,
    r hari mirch 4 ya 5
    Tarkeeb:
    sb sy pehly oil garam kr k osmy long r kali mirch dal den.
    phir piyaz dal k halki brown kren.
    osmy matar dalen phir lehsan adrak pisa dal den.
    thora bhonen phir ismy namak mirch haldi dhanya dal k aik cup pani dal k halki anch py pakny den.
    jb piyaz tot jae to is my gajar dal k thori bhunae kren.
    phir ismy alo cubes ki sorat kat k dal den.
    r halki anch pr pakny den.

    agar aloo bhunae k darmian hi gal gaya to thek warna halki anch py galny den .

    شلجم کی بھجیا
    اجزاء:شلجم ایک کلو
    نمک ایک چمچ
    پسی مرچ ایک چمچ
    ہلدی ایک چٹکی
    ہرا دھنیا ایک گڈی
    ہری مرچ چار عدد
    ٹماٹر دو عدد بڑے
    پیاز ایک عدد
    تیل ایک کپ
    ترکیب:سب سے پہلے تیل گرم کر کے اس میں پیاز باریک کاٹ کر گلابی کر لی۔اب اس میں شلجم باریک کاٹ کر ڈالا پھر اس میں نمک مرچ ہلدی ڈال کر پانی تین کپ ڈال کر گلنے چھوڑ دیں۔جب شلجم اچھی طرح گل جائے تو اس میں ٹماٹر کاٹ کر ڈالا اور اچھی طرح بھنائی کی۔آخر میں ہرا دھنیا کاٹ کر ڈال دیا اور ہری مرچ ڈال کر پانچ منٹ دم پہ رکھ دیا۔

    آلو انڈہ خاگینہ
    آلو فرینچ فرائز کی طرح کاٹ کر اس میں نمک مرچ لگا کر رکھ دیں۔تیل گرم کر کے اس میں کلونجی ایک چمچ اور زیرہ ایک چمچ ڈال کر آلو ڈال کر تلا۔آلو نکال کر اس تیل میں پیاز باریک کٹی ڈال کر ہری مرچ چیرا لگا کر ہلکا نمک لگا کر ڈال دی۔
    پیاز ہلکی سی ہوجائے تو تیل کم کر لینا ہے اب اس میں ٹماٹر کاٹ کر باریک ڈال دیا۔اب جو الگ تیل نکالا تھا اس میں انڈہ میں نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر پھینٹ کر خاگینہ بنا لیا پھر اس خاگینے کو آلو میں شامل کر کے پانچ منٹ دم دے لیا۔
