if you need any help about designing web designing and uploading just let me know the question i,ll try my best to solve your problims

1) how to creat a website?

A) To creat a website you need to 1st design that in Photoshop Cs2 or cS3 BECAUSE I,LL NOT REFER YOU TO USE pHOTOSHOP 7 AND after that you have to sclice that website with sclice tool in photoshop and then convert that in to image+HTML and then import that to dreamweaver 8 or you can say dreamweaver 2004 i am using Adobe dreamweaver so after that once you import that website you,ll have to put text in it and some page behavers here you can make CSS style sheet for your web and can convert that in template for future and after that the place where you have to add flash you can put flash by using Swish Mx ( new users) Flash MX ( advance users ) or Adobe Flash which i am using and then after that you have to upload that by using any FTP file transfer protocole software and then you,ll see that on your web hosting account if you buy any.
