    Default How can i remove bios passwold

    Assalam alaikum
    mere pas hp ka laptop hai jisme bios passwold lag gaya hai aur mai bhul gaya hu... aisa koi tarika hai jisse mai bios ka passwold remove kar saku ??

    ap mother borad m se cell nikalo ya phir jumper ko nikal ker phir lagao.phir password remove hojyega

    سسٹم کا کور ہٹا کر مدر بورڈ پر چیک کریں ایک سیل لگا ہو گا اس کو نکال کر ایک منٹ بعد دوبارہ لگا دیں پھر سسٹم ری سٹارٹ کر کے چیک کریں پاسورڈ ختم ہو چکاہو گا

    We regularly get posts concerning BIOS level passwords on laptops.

    These are implemented to prevent owners' data being accessed if the computer is mislaid or stolen. In the past it may have been possible to bypass this protection by removing the computer's lithium backup batteries. These days the password is likely to be stored in flash memorywhich goes on working without battery support.

    So the only option we can recommend is to contact the manufacturer for a back door or hardware solution -- bear in mind there may be a charge and you will almost certainly be required to provide proof of legal ownership.
