the answer is yes.
Go to Volume Control on your PC.
Then select OPTIONS. Next, click on PROPERTIES.
Make sure you highlight/select RECORDING and
that all items are checked off. Click OK.
Then select STEREO MIX. Adjust the volume
so that it is not too high or too low.
Then enter the chatroom and click TALK
while your music is playing for users to hear your computer's audio. Hope this helps!
