بھائی وہ اِس لیے فورمیٹ نہیں ہو رہی کیوں كے
اس میں پرانی ونڈوز کی فائلز موجود ہیں
جو كے ڈلیٹ نہیں ہو سکتی ہیں
آپ کو ونڈوز انسٹال کرتے وقت اس کو
فورمیٹ کرنا چائیے تھا

Right click on My Computer-->Manage-->Disk Management--> Right click on D Drive and click format, if not just click on Delete Volume and Recreate it.

dear, screen shot mulahiza farmayn
go to run -------msconfig------ok------on msconfig window go to ----boot tab-----then under boot tab u will see ur operating systems installed on ur pc, jsut delete the operating system entry u want to finish from ur hard disk partition,
its all done, restart ur pc,
note: do it with special care, don't delete other text with out that specific line of operating system
do it on your own risk,
u can confirm by other experties
